1. Seed Selection and Laboratory Preparation
The process begins with sourcing certified germinated oil palm seeds from reliable and recognized breeding programs.

2. Pre Nursery Establishment
Once germinated seeds are received, they are transferred to Pre Nursery facilities, where early-stage seedling development begins.
During previous international plantation projects, large batches of germinated seeds were successfully planted in pre-nursery environments under structured supervision and trained personnel.
The objective is to develop strong seedlings capable of transitioning into the main nursery phase.
This stage typically last 3 to 4 months.
3. Main Nursery Development
After successful growth in pre-nursery, seedlings are transferred to the Main Nursery, where long term growth and preparation for field planting.

5. Air Freight Export to Overseas Destinations
Large scale exports to Nigeria and India were executed using controlled air freight logistics.

6. Arrival and Overseas Nursery Establishment
Upon arrival at destination countries, germinated seeds are transferred to prepared nursery sites for immediate planting.
